Marn
Grook Melbourne Grammar Football Club
One of the earliest versions of Aussie
Rules was a game played between Melbourne Grammar
and Scotch 150 years ago, and it was based on an aboriginal
game called ‘Marn Grook’.
Although some of the rules have changed since then, passion
for the sport still runs strong, especially
amongst the parents of young players.
Founded in 2002, The Marn Grook Club is a group of parents
with the common goal of providing
ongoing support and assistance in the development of Australian
Rules Football at Melbourne
Grammar School. To contact Melbourne Grammar School, click
